The 8 Point Guarantee helps remove some of the biggest concerns people have when building a new home. Each commitment addresses a specific part of the building journey, so you can understand what is covered before you move forward.
For many buyers, the uncertainty sits between choosing a design and receiving the keys: unexpected site costs, price movements, delays, variations, and questions about defects after handover. Our 8 Point Guarantee addresses these concerns with clear commitments around the parts of the process that matter most.

How It Compares With the Standard NSW Builder Warranty
The Everyday Advantage provides additional contractual commitments; it does not replace your legal rights.
In NSW, statutory warranties generally apply for six years for major defects and two years for other defects from completion. Home Building Compensation insurance is also generally required for residential building work over $20,000, unless an exemption applies. Our 12-year structural warranty extends beyond the six-year statutory warranty period for major defects. We also provide a 180-day maintenance period after handover. You are not paying an upfront building deposit while plans, approvals, and finance are still being arranged. For first home buyers, that can make pre-construction budgeting simpler and keep more money in your hands until the build is ready to begin.

Double Industry Warranties + Corebuild
180-day maintenance period and 12-year structural warranty, supported by Corebuild and years of research and development.
Your home is backed by a 12-year structural warranty, which is twice the six-year statutory warranty period for major defects in NSW. The 180-day maintenance period gives you time after handover to identify eligible non-structural items that may need attention. These commitments sit alongside your statutory rights.

365-Day Fixed Price Period
Greater price confidence during the pre-construction period.
Your contract price is held for 365 days. A fixed price building contract period helps you plan with a clearer understanding of your committed build price, rather than worrying about price movements while approvals and other requirements are being completed.

Fixed Site Costs + Unlimited Concrete Piers
Fixed site inclusions and preparation, plus as many concrete piers as required externally and internally to the underside of your slab.
Site costs can be one of the hardest parts of a new build to predict. With Everyday Homes, your nominated site costs are fixed in accordance with your contract. If your block needs more piers than first expected, those additional piers are included under the guarantee.

Construction Timeframe Guarantee
We commit to the construction timeframe agreed for your home. If we exceed the applicable guaranteed timeframe, we pay you in accordance with the terms of the guarantee. It is a practical commitment to accountability because delays can affect rent, finance, moving plans, and family arrangements.
GUARANTEE 7
$80,000 Customer Protection
Up to $80,000 of eligible client variations can remain with you until Progress Payment 5, in accordance with your contract.
Rather than paying those variation amounts earlier, you retain the funds until the agreed progress stage. It is another way we reduce the amount of your money committed ahead of construction progress.
GUARANTEE 8
Bring Your Own Inspector
Select your own independent professional building inspector to undertake a rigorous inspection before final payment. Everyday Homes will reimburse the inspection in accordance with the guarantee.
You do not have to rely only on our assessment that the home is ready. An independent inspection gives you another level of confidence before final payment and handover.
