We’ve been in our home for over 6 months now and I feel like I can write a testimonial not just of the “build” but more importantly, of the “living”.
After visiting every home on display within driving distance, we were recommended to have a look at Everyday Homes. From the minute we walked into the display home we were greeted by Mersina and Alex as old friends and that personal customer service has continued to this day. As well as being the first point of contact, Alex and Mersina are building designers who are professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of building and design. Their guidance and advice has been invaluable when making important decisions. We would have been lost without their support and generosity with their time. Together they designed us a home that accommodates our lifestyle and works around our family.
The price negotiated for building our custom home was considerably less than other quotes and there were no hidden extras at the end, providing us the best combination of quality and affordability.
Our onsite supervisor Peter was awesome. He treated us with respect and our ideas were always considered. His commitment to ethical business practices provided us with quality materials and construction. His attention to detail and the high quality of workmanship is reflected in the finish throughout the home.
The follow up since building finished has been amazing. As recent as last week we had the owner drop by to make sure all was fine. We are living in a new area and when we are speaking to others who have used higher profile and more expensive builders, we realise how lucky we are to have chosen Everyday Homes.

The first home build by your company in Elizabeth Hills Estate was our home. It has now been just over 2 years since we have been in our home and we still have people asking us who built our quality home.
From the time we chose one of your designs, you and the team at Everyday Homes have been there for us, answering and addressing all of our questions and concerns.
The quality of customer service from the pre-contract stage, submission of plans to council, commencement of construction, straight to the completion of construction and afterwards during maintenance period, had been consistently excellent.
The Supervisor and sub-contractors involved have displayed a high degree professionalism and quality workmanship during the construction phase hence delivering us a magnificent home to live in.
The level of communication from all your staff always remained consistent and prompt.

After visiting and enquiring with almost every builder in my area, I chose Everyday Homes for one simple reason: Transparency. As a first home owner, I was overwhelmed with the amount of options out there and was not only amazed at the sheer amount of packages available to me by various builders, but couldn’t believe the amount of fine print that followed suit with these properties.
Everyday Homes was different.
All the routine industry questions I had asked over half a dozen times to other builders only days before were greeted differently – there was no ‘ifs’ or ‘buts’, only straight forward, honest answers. It was clean to me then, that this company had no hidden agendas or loopholes to suck you in – it was a simple ‘what you see is what you get’ scenario: no hidden costs, no half-finished backyards and fixed site costs that truly meant FIXED.
Moving forward, unlike other builders, the journey only got better after I signed on the dotted line. I had a case manager, Monica, whom I could call on whenever I wanted – no request was too difficult and everything I requested was actioned promptly. Once we began construction I was also introduced to Peter, the on-site property manager, who was open, honest and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy before he handed the keys to us. The employees at this organisation truly feel like a member of your family, regularly going to extreme lengths to give you information or advice that goes beyond their job description – considering this was the first time I had ever build at home, this meant the world to me.
As I sit in my Everyday Home right now in front of my laptop, I have never felt more at home – and I have this organisation to thank. I would recommend Everyday Homes without a shadow of a doubt to anybody who is looking to build a home with quality inclusions, a great service and a hassle free journey from woe to go.

I’d like to thank Everyday Homes for another successful build.
This is now my 3rd home with Everyday Homes and the process has gotten smoother each time. I also have 2 other family members who have build with Everyday Homes and the experience has been similar.
What I like most about Everyday Homes is that you get a quality build for a decent price. I am very happy with the quality of not only the home, but the service.
Everyday Homes feels like a family business and you can always rely on a problem getting solved quickly and professionally. You hear a lot of horror stories from people who build with the major builders, they over charge and under deliver! You don’t get this with Everyday Homes, you get a great price and a great product in a good time line.
